- children’s living arrangements, with the option of meeting with the children as part of the mediation process when appropriate.
- confidential Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs), including signing the mediator’s section of court forms when required. Please note that, as the MIAM is confidential, we do not pass any information on to any other parties without your prior consent.
The costs of mediation services in Surrey
The overall costs of mediation are dependent on your specific needs and we can give you more guidance when you contact us. We operate a transparent pricing policy based upon the hourly rate of £120 per person per hour (with no VAT to add) during the mediation process and, not only can mediation be a less confrontational way of resolving separation and divorce issues, providing better long-term outcomes for the wider family, but it is typically far less costly than settling disputes using solicitors and the Courts.which can easily cost £10,000 or more per person. You can find information on the rates on our mediation costs page.
For more information on our services contact us today. We take your privacy very seriously and please rest assured that all the information that you provide during the initial enquiry process remains confidential.
Please note that we can also provide mediation services at our London offices which are based in the City of London near St Paul’s and Bank tube stations.
