Mediation Voucher Scheme
It is really encouraging that the Government, via the Ministry of Justice, are finally starting to promote mediation. This video is worth a look for anyone who wants to know more about mediation in a very simple format but please contact a mediator if you want to know more about the mediation process and to work out if the process is right for your situation.
Hopefully, as promised many months ago, there will be a lot more promotion of mediation to come as it is such a good way to resolve so many family law issues.
